1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ai.jobs.co.uk and any related services, features, content and functionality made available through the website.

4. No recruitment agency relationship

Unless we explicitly state otherwise, ai.jobs.co.uk provides a search and discovery platform only.

Jobs4UK Ltd is not acting as your employer, and ai.jobs.co.uk is not promising to secure employment for you. In most cases, when you choose to apply for a role, you will be redirected to a third-party employer, recruiter, job board or application website, and your application will be governed by that third party’s own terms and privacy policy.

5. Account registration and security

If you create an account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login details;
• all activity that takes place under your account; and
• notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

These features are provided for general informational assistance only. They are not legal, financial, immigration, recruitment or career advice. AI-generated results may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated.

We do not guarantee:

• that any job listing is accurate, current, complete or still available;
• that any role is suitable for you;
• that you will receive an interview or job offer;
• that any AI-generated score, explanation or summary is error-free; or
• that the service will always be uninterrupted or available.

You are responsible for reviewing job details and making your own decisions before applying for or relying on any role or recommendation.

9. Third-party websites and listings

ai.jobs.co.uk may display or link to jobs, employers, recruiters, job boards and third-party application pages.

We are not responsible for:

• the content, availability or accuracy of third-party listings;
• third-party websites, services or systems;
• any employer, recruiter or hiring decision; or
• any loss arising from your use of or reliance on third-party services.

Your dealings with third parties are between you and that third party.

10. Intellectual property

ai.jobs.co.uk is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continued availability, or that all content will always be accurate, complete or current.
